Only conductor's one works (with a strip hiding left bottom corner), both engineer's MFDs are off. Is it a bug or is there an undocumented command to turn them on?

No command to turn on/off & haven't heard of this issue. May be a license issue. Check to see if you have a green dot.

Yes, license dot is fully green!
