Question Blender for OR: Modelling Queries

    Hi all.
I've been working on a Indian model for a long time. After 90% completing it I exported it into .s, and I was so disappointed because neither the model was the right size as a Indian model, nor the animations worked.
Let me explain this clearly. I added a cube, edited it to shape of a door, named it as "Door_A", and the exported it. On opening it in shape viewer it shows up fine (not referring to the size, only the shape), but after clicking on Animate, then Doors, it animates, but the shape becomes a cube again, i.e. it doesn't retain its shape.
Few questions I would like to ask:
    1. How to adjust the scale of a model to the right size and
    2. How to fix the Animation Errors.

    Help would be appreciated.
    Regards

    Regarding the first question.

Blender will default to metric. The default cube is 2M x 2M. All measurements are metric. If you create an object that is 2m x 1m in Blender, it will be 2m x 1m in ORTS. If you press "N" while in the modeling window, you can see the dimensions and scale of the objects. Objects MUST have Scale, Rotation and Location normalized for proper behavior. OBJECT-->APPLY-ALL TRANSFORMATIONS. For example, SCALE must be all 1's.

As for animations... so, those are more complicated and someone else will need to reply.

Thank you so much, sir! This really was a game changer: Object > Apply > All Transforms. I very well knew that MSTS objects should have the scale of 1.000 for each of x, y and z. But as I changed it to 1, it never stayed in its shape.

Oh, and it even solves the animation issues.
