Anyone else having problems w/ downloading?

Just started this morning. After clicking on the download link and then the "I accept - start download" button, after about a minute I get diverted to "https://dts1.trainsim.com/download.php?fn=3fbox.zip" and this:

Error 522 Ray ID: 611a6dc8ebd10534 • 2021-01-14 21:25:19 UTC
Connection timed out
What happened?
The initial connection between Cloudflare's network and the origin web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.

Not sure if the problem is on my end. Any help is appreciated.
