    Question Conversion to Unicode

    Does anyone kniw of a good and simple prograam to convert non unicode to unicode? Thanks in advande

    There are probably hundreds of alternatives. Notepad2.exe is what I've used forever. Open it up in whatever form you're in, and save as Unicode.

    There's also a batch function in either TSUtils or Route_Riter (which wraps up a bunch of the TSUtils functions in a Windows friendly interface)

    Windows 10 NotePad will also do it!
    For MSTS files use the UTF-16 LE format.

    Also RouteRiter has ascii to Unicode and vice versa under the "MSTS file utils" tab.
