How to download tramtracks 1.1 and some other add ons for epping line

Hello, I recently got back into MSTS/ Open Rails and downloaded the epping line, it says in the read me that: "As well as this archive, you will need the following additional files for the Epping line to work:

The latest version of Xtracks and newroads, both available from steam4me: http://msts.steam4me.net/routes/xtracks.html

Tramtracks v1.1, available from http://www.thetrain.de/de/downloadarea/tramtracks-1-1/

So the first issue is: Tramtracks 1.1, The Website it has in the read me is german (So I used google translate) but when I go to download it, it says this: "Page not found
The page you requested was not found. Please check the address or go back to the homepage."
Second issue: Both Platform Kits: The platform kits are from uktrainsim.com, that website I cant set up an account there no matter what, I even tried 2 emails, my main (outlook) and secondary (Gmail) it will never send it, meaning I can't download anything there (you need an account to download things there) so that is the final issue (NOTE: Xtracks and newroads are not an issue) Sorry this post is kinda lengthy, I just wanted to add as much detail as possible, thanks to anybody that helps. (Edit: I don't know why, but tram tracks can now be downloaded, so it is just the platform kits that I need help with)

The UKTrainsim site will respond to a registration application and is quite clear that the email will be sent to whatever address you type into the box. You only need one letter wrong or missing and you don't get the email.
