Error while Installing upsteam.zip

Hello! I am Akshat Dwivedi from India and I am a RailFan. I recently tried to install upsteam.zip because I love America's locos but an error is occurring. Can anybody please rectify it for me? I have attached the photo, please help.

Too small.. No one can read the issue.....

All I could read is "file not found". Can you post the path and file it is trying to find?

I suspect you have a 64 bit system and that installer is 16 bit.

See if you can find a 32 bit computer to install it on and then copy it to your normal computer.

No. mate, it's not a 16bit installer - but it needs to be run as administrator, otherwise this odd error message appears :
