In order to help we need a lot more information. We are not mind readers. There are multiple error messages that Train Store can generate. Post EXACT message.
What were you doing before the message appeared?
What is the Path where the MSTS install is located that you have Train Store pointed to?
If that is not the only MSTS install you have, which MSTS install is active in your registry?

I (and many others) deal with it by running a replacement simulator for MSTS content that doesn't require Train Store.

One can also avoid the need for TrainStore with MSTS by setting up miniroutes. How I handled it until I converted to ORTS.
