Activity Manager suggestion

I recently started using Ged's Activity Manager and find it a very useful tool.

One little enhancement I was thinking would be useful for those using Open Rails exclusively - a way to turn off the warnings of filenames greater than 30 characters, since this does not matter in ORTS. That would reduce the clutter in the report and make it easier to find other errors. Just a thought.

It'll probably be included in the next version (if there is one!), but it would require the user to indicate which sim they were using.

Please let me know if there are any other validations which don't apply to Open Rails.
