I'm just getting back into route creation after a long hiatus. The first thing I'm doing is creating a subway station tunnel loft that will be used in several places along the route. The tunnel should be well-lit, as it's a long contiguous station platform, but I'm struggling to find the best way to do this. I could manually create a bunch of lights down the whole length of the station, but given that certain stations are a full kilometer in length, that's a lot of lights to lay down by hand. My original thought was that I could create a scenery "container" to use as the "middle" population geometry for the loft object, but it seems that point light objects do not get included. The container has the child lights when it's placed manually, but not when it is used as population geometry. Is there a better way of doing this than just copy/pasting a light several dozen times and hoping I don't need to make any changes to them?
