    Default cab view's

    MLT SD70 all of them view is out side cab, except view 1,then no outside view.
    When you look right you see the window ,left you see the brake-man seat.
    I would like to fix this also move the engineer to the right somewhat for easer view out the window.

    I know it takes headoutview () but what numbers? sd402 is 1.72 3.41 5.15 on just a unknown unit.
