    Hi AC4400 experts !

    Does anyone know what the Distributed Power Circuit Breaker does ?

    I don't know what it is supposed to do, but I figured out at least two things it does.
    1. It enables multi-work control of of power to direct-attached units that are other than AC4400s. (e.g. a direct attached jeep)
    2. It negatively impacts control of multi-work power to direct-attached CW4400s. I won't go so far as to say it disables it, but the consist will behave much better with it off. (dramatically better)

    Before you ask, I don't know what happens if your consist includes a combination of direct-attached CW4400s and non-CW4400s.
    I hope this is helpful to somebody. I'm talking to myself, responding to my own questions. Let me dig out the old PSYCH 101 textbook and see if there is a chapter about people who do that.

    There is nothing wrong with talking to yourself. Apparently they say you crazy at answering yourself But I don't listen to what people say anyways!
