It was a joking response, I did those cars about nine years ago. That just happened to be the first time I happened to see anyone else include one of them in a screenshot.

Hi Neil. Are those Mark's old tank car paints from the FL? If so I fixed the axle's in Truck.ace so they don't flash the purple-yellow anymore. Very obviously seen in OR, not too much in msts.

I should look to see if anyone has done the WEPX cars. Those seem to be popular ICG trains with pooled power. We had a "Hoosier Coal Train" that I can't remember the details of, but I think that was ICG-supplied hoppers. Always used four GP38s, so it must have been less than 100 loads or crawling like a turtle on its southbound odyssey.
