New CSX Activity

Hello, I was looking at this activity and it looks interesting. I do not have the Newark and Jersey City route though.
Looking here in the F/L there are a number of choices, One is a complete single download, One is a Four Part Download, and there is another older one that is a Beta.

So, which one do I need to run this new activity? I have the other routes.

Thank you. Been having troubles with internet, lots of installs around the neighborhood, so I didn't want to start and not be able to finish downloading.
