    Default CPRS Moosehead Sub

Probably won't amount to much, as my main focus is the MEC Mountain Division. However, it's a start in Jackman, ME, and playing around a bit with scalerail is a bit more easier than the old aclean tracks. (Though, for the Mountain Division, Scalerail, DB or US tracks, are way too neat and clean for the old Maine Central!)

    Hi Shawn,

Good start - one of my favorite places - last time we stayed in Jackman - rented a log cabin on a lake - the tracks are a couple hundred feet behind me from where I took the picture. We saw several trains on our week long stay.

I lived in Maine until I turned 27, then moved to Vermont. Never did I venture that far up in Maine to Jackman, but I know a lot of people that stayed up there.
I bet I will come across that little cabin when laying out the tracks, so chances are, that will be featured.
I'll save that image and make a custom building in TSM.

This line, though it may be a longer process, will eventually be from Jackman, ME at the former Crew Change point, to Brownville Jct, Maine, where the CP interchanges with the NBSR/EMRY/MNRY companies of JD Irving, and where the Searspoint Sub breaks off. Keeping with the Scalerail, considering CP has been upgrading this line with CWR and nice and tight ballast along the ROW. Track Speed has been brought back up to 40mph in most spots.

While it literally only see trains 250/251, it is still a nice region, with high trestles and amazing mountain scenery!

Down near the lake, with some ROW texturing. Though, reality is, you wont be able to see much from this area, as it's completely covered with trees.
