I know you love the game Sean, but the world is way too small for my liking buddy.

Splitting into a BETA tier on Monday. I'm chatting and speaking with my community this weekend on their thoughts. I've actually always wanted to HELP simulators grow. Too bad some think I was trying to KILL them! And yes folks even Ralroads Online has exploding trains I like this group of guys because they are young, not worried about protectionism, and can take constructive criticism. There are some in the community just like in past communities that say "It's unplayable" and people like myself mock them. Thankfully this time around I'm in a public beta and just another person in a big pool trying to help something grow.

    Thanks

600 hours in now since October and I work full time durring the week Phsyics are starting to get much more realistic resulting in smaller trains or smaller grade routings. The physics are not perfect as they try to balance between the Unreal physics engine and their own calculations. Lots of research and diagrams available to accurately detail rolling stock and engines.

    Thanks

Recently brought this game and absolutley love it. Beautiful scenery, combined with incredibly good looking locomotives and rolling stock in a open world setting allowing you to lay the railway track and experiment with yard types, survey the landscape and try to work out a route that a real railroad would take in such rugged scenery is just brilliant.

The world is not big, but from a single player point of view there is enough industies and track distance to keep you very, very busy for a long time. The track laying is slow going but strangely very rewarding when you start to see a freight yard take shape and become functional and the fun of shunting with a steam locomotive. Enjoying your YouTube videos Sean and will post some comments over on your forum in the next day or two.

    Cheers

    James

I'm glad you like it. I might be hosting the server again tomorrow afternoon though oddly enough I had hosting issues yesterday. I believe it is not related to the Run8 issues I'm having as I hosted fine on Friday night. Very strange trying to keep 2 great programs going at the same time.

    Thanks
