Well said Jason. It's a shame that every thread on here or the other sim subs seems to attract the OR "mafia" who can't accept some of us prefer other products, be it Run 8, TSW2, Trainz or whatever.

Well at least you bring us some encouragement Jason but it would be nice to see something new from 3DTS/Run 8 themselves - as I've said previously something green and mountainous with maybe an Alco running through it.

Back on topic, it’s a shame the company never expanded the concept to other territories. Image the Somerset and Dorset where you control the traffic and can serve all the industries en route. Of course the game would need steam (traction) for something like that and a proper passenger timetable function, but Brad and John would get my money on Day 1.

I can accept them not bringing the routes to openrails I was just saying it would be nice but if you want to just keep it on run 8 so be it there is still plenty to play with over here without them.

I know I am frustrated. I'm just hoping the developers take comments the right way. Frustration met with silence or worse frustration could be detrimental to the thin train simulation community.
