Some of these replies address my issue, others do not, they are to do with OR-Specific files.
My issue is to get the Engine Files to be read correctly and that is what I asked for help with. Sorry for being abrupt, but some posts get derailed quite quickly.
Gerry, could you post your Engine file for #3894 please? So I can compare it to mine, just the one would do. I feel that is where something is wrong.
    Thank you in advance.

From what you've described my best guess is that something went awry with the shape files. In any case, here's my eng files and a screenshot of what the images section of the shape file looks like.

Here's the "wag" section of the engine file that contains the shape information, if you need to see the rest of the file for some reason, let me know.

OpenRails folder include file for #3894, if anyone is interested. I'm still looking for sources to check accuracy on some of the new derailment measurements...car body length, coupler face, etc.--- at the moment I'm assuming they are the same as the ES44AC locomotive. Anyone with sources/docs on these?

Thank you. I will check it against mine and hopefully I can find something. They are nice looking engines.

Have a Merry Christmas and may the New Year bring you and Your Family' more Joy!

    Hi Don,
Going back to your original post. You reported that TSRE5 CE didn't show the main loco shape.
This might be a silly question, but have you copied the main loco shape files from the SLI Mactier Stock set? The readme specifies that shape file CP_GEVO_9365.s should be copied from folder SLI_CPR_GEVOS together with the Cabview and Sound folders. The shape file is incorrect - it should be CP_ES44AC_9365.s (at least it is in my downloaded pack!).
Also the readme includes the line : ex: CP_GEVO_9365.s ------> BNSF_ET44AC_3857.s
    ... it should read : ex: CP_ES44AC_9365.s ------> BNSF_ET44C4_3894.s

... and, to match the existing .sd and .eng files, the other locos should be renamed as BNSF_ET44C4_3917.s and BNSF_ET44C4_3952.s respectively, not as shown in the readme.

    Cheers,
    Ged

Yes! I discovered that is were the error was from Gerry's posting of his files. It led me in the right direction and now you have confirmed it.

Thank you very much, your help is very appreciated, especially when my old brain needs a little jolt!

Yep, Don, glad you've found it...and you are probably better off naming these as Ged suggested, I kept the ET44C4 designation --- gave me an excuse to make up an ORTS standard diesel engine for the model and do some research...AFAIK, we really don't have a true model of the ET44C4 if you accept what the model makers among are posting...not being a modeler...I do.

What is the physical locomotive body difference between the standard ET44AC and the ET44C4 -- the only thing I could find is that the trucks would be different.
    Cheers, Gerry
