Cleveland Union Terminal route activity missing consists

hello guys:

I'm trying to put together the activity "20th Century Eastbound" in the Cleveland Union Terminal route (Jim Duncan), but there are several consists specified in the Services files that are not there.

Missing are:

PRRPass20
PRRatLAI
PRRfrth

Does anyone know where to get these files, as the file in the Library: con1.zip...does not contain these files, only the NYC, NKP and EL trains.
