    Default A possible outcome of the CSXT/PAR deal.

    Possible full trackage, and limited trackage rights to be granted to the Vermont Rail System if the Pan Am purchase by CSXT, is given approval by the STB.

    Good news for someone like myself, that's already qualified on the NECR and PanAm rules and signals.

    Presumably good news for the future of the Vermont Rail System. CSX is probably glad to have cleared the most significant obstacle to their merger with Pan-Am.
