For the Cab view to function you have to copy and paste the entire contents of the EMD-COMF1-CAB into the cab view folder as well as the CVF file which I see you did put in the cab folder. The folder SHR-Cabs can go into the Trainset folder.

No you don't. You just have to copy the cvf file that's in the aliased file folder and put it in the cabview file folder of the unit.
