Latest Versions of TSRE Have Command Message Box Appearing!?

Command window is actually useful.
It's the log file created by TSRE in real time.
If there are issues, problems or errors they show up right there.

So it appears there is some sort of "configuration" issue? Computer, or TSRE issue, or maybe both?

Interim solution is to minimize the command box should it appear when starting/running TSRE.

But for now I am still using version 0.699.
