I've heard about. Looks like TD3 but with updated stuff. Site is very vague.

I don't even use my dispatching stuff any longer. Too busy with what I enjoy.

I will get excited the day someone builds custom dispatching software and freight forwarding software that could be used in a program like Trainz for the routes that you build and I finally have single player routes that interest me and I can do all aspects of railroading on a manageable scale.

Until that happens I think it's a case of "Tell Him He's Dreamin"

Down here, the NSW mob who operate Sydney's rail service (used to be called 'CityRail') must refer to passengers as "customers".
They do not transport passengers, they convey "customers".
Apparently this was a move to project a more caring image to the public.
"You, madam, are a treasured customer and we value your custom!"

Same in the UK Bruce, passengers have been known as customers for many years now buddy.

Along with other crazy rebrandings of rail employees, job descriptions.
