Sean, I'm located on the east coast of Australia, in New South Wales.
My system clock is set for where I am located and is automatically synced to the time server time.windows.com. That's how it has always been with every PC I've had ever since time began.
So there should be no necessity to set anything for anywhere else.
If Run 8 v1 and Run 8 v2 see my system time perfectly (as does every other program which refers to local time) then why on Earth should I need to change a system setting for v3?
It doesn't make any sense, mate.
