    Default 3D Trains Purchase - No Response

    I purchased some Scale Rail items a week ago through PayPal and have yet to receive any response (no, they are not in my spam folder). I've sent 3 emails with the purchase details to the 3D Trains support address - also without response. Over the years I've made many, many 3D Trains products without a problem so I'm wondering if anyone else is having a similar experience.

    Yes, lots of people are having the same issue.

    Lots of people never received products and have had to invoke refund procedures, like I did..

    My apologies for the delay. I've been dealing with several issues, including surgery that I had on the 2nd. Things should be more or less back to normal this weekend.

    Hello. I hope all is well with you.
    Last week, March 8th, I purchased the Tehachapi route from the 3DTrains website, and I received a receipt from Paypal. Can you check whether it's gone through? I am under the impression I should receive a link to download the product but have received none so far.
    I emailed support last week but no response so far, hence my trying to contact you here.
