There's been a mod for the in-game Freightliner Cascadia truck that adds a "super C" class motorhome as a cab option. It basically adds an extended frame and motorhome shell on top to the game's default Cascadia. It can't tow anything, though.
The mod is older and hasn't been updated since version 1.4.1 of ATS, so it may or may not work well with the current game version.
