There sure are Scaleroads version incompatibility issues with many routes out there. Hardly any of them can share a common global folder these days anymore.

Below is what happens to Feather River when it shares the same installation with Sherman Hill. Why wouldnt you. Both are modern day UP corridors and could theoretically share the same UP-engined consists. But when you combine the later Sherman's Global folder with the earlier Feather River Global folder, some serious over-writing issues are occurring.

To my knowledge, there never were any version 2.0 Scalerail or Scaleroads packages ever released, only some (unspecified and undocumented) version 2.0 shapes that were added to Sherman Hill about half-way through its beta journey.

Its almost like we need a chart of some sort to identify compatibility and non-compatibility between various equipped routes.

I cannot understand why the 4-way intersection road piece for (newer) Sherman would be smaller in size than the 4-way intersection road piece for (older) Feather River, so that when the newer one over-wrote the older one, the intersections would look like this.

The remedy is both simple and insane. Find whichever route in the installation that the Scaleroads display correctly, and then copy the Scaleroads textures from that route into all of the other Scaleroads routes. Yes, that's nuts. But it works. Most of the time....
