Default Numbers on Mileposts Not Showing Up

After finishing the trackwork in my latest project, The Hoosac Tunnel, I've run into a problem setting up the mileposts. I'm using TSRE for the first time and love the enhancements, however, the mileposts remain blank when I try to put a mileage number on them. I've scoured the Forum for a remedy, however, I have not found any. I have no problem setting up a milepost, but cannot add the mileage number to them. Any thoughts or ideas would be most appreciated.

You give the milepost a number in TSRE in the properties pane on the left. The number won't show in TSRE but will in game.

Any milepost in particular? Are they just showing and placing as a shape?
Oh, and they need to set up in the speedpost.dat file in the routes root folder.
    Looks like this,

    SIMISA@@@@@@@@@@JINX0t1t______

    Speed_Warning_Sign_Shape ( Us2TmpRedSpd.s )
    End_Restricted_Shape ( us2ResSpeed.s )

    Speedpost_Set
    (
    Name ( UnitedStates )
    Speed_Sign_Shape ( US2PerSpeedL.s 1
    -0.124 1.738 -0.185 0)
    Speed_Warning_Sign_Shape ( US2AdSpeedL.s 1
    -0.006 2.046 -0.185 0)
    Speed_Resume_Sign_Shape ( us2ResSpeed.s 1 0 0 0 0)
    Speed_Digit_Tex ( signnumbers.ace )
    Speed_Text_Size ( 0.25 0.25 0)
    Milepost_Shape ( US2Milepost.s 3
    -0.00008 1.25 0.07551 180
    -0.03898 1.25 0.00013 60
    0.03878 1.25 0.00013 -60)
    Milepost_Digit_Tex ( signnumbers.ace )
    Milepost_Text_Size ( 0.11 0 -0.11)

You will have to make sure the mileposts you want to use are included in this file.

Modern day Hoosac Tunnel route, or 1950's era as designed on your other B&M routes?

Also this makes me curious on the mileposts, if it's worth actually having an dds file with the numbers, and having several "shapes" for each individual milepost.. something I've been debating for awhile with my own routes..

Speedpost.dat also has the milepost data.
The one I use has speedpost and milepost data for several different types. I've added some from different routes and modified some.

    Hi Shawn,
Thanks for your reply. My Hoosac Tunnel route is based in the early 1950's (i.e. double tracked, Mechanicville with its full yard, etc.). Hope that peaks your interest.

Sorry if this is the basics for troubleshooting... but something isn't right from what you've told us...

    1) are the mileposts correctly described in the speedpost.dat file?
    2) is there a valid .ace file with the sign numbers?
    3) are you placing these as a milepost object vs. a static object?
    4) are the settings in milepost_text_size correct and projecting the numbers inside or outside the actual shape?
