I bought this back when it was released and have hardly used it.
It's a pretty route but at least one of the supplied scenarios is rubbish: the SP oil train (Bakersfield to Mojave) has you riding solid yellows yet there is nothing ahead of you, either coming or going.

For AU$56 the package is way over-priced for what you get - 68 miles of line between Bakersfield and Mojave yards.

    No problem Vern.

Bruce you need to move somewhere, where the money is actually worth something.

That's the currency exchange rate at the moment Bruce, nearly 2 Aussie Dollars to the Pound, and it doesn't look like changing much over the coming weeks I'm afraid, you'll have to cherry pick your DLC purchases for a while until the exchange rate is more favourable to you guys.
This is the usual price for DTG route offerings these days, anything between 50 - 90 miles and they charge the same as the Pacific Surfliner route which is 120 miles long, go figure......

We've been sitting around the AUD$1 = US$0.75 for ages now. It fluctuates slightly but has been in that area for years, I think.

(Sorry, but we relate it to the US$ and not the Pound.)

That's OK matey, it doesn't look good for you lot whichever currency you use for your exchange rates......

Anyway, been watching the storms in Oz recently, I hope you and your family are looking after yourselves, all the best.

Aaah, yes. But then, our rate of inflation is extremely low. Swings 'n' roundabouts.

    Thanks, Steve.
Yeah..."La Nina" has been around for some months now and those of us down the east coast are hoping that "she" pisses-off back to the other side of the Pacific for another couple of years.
Our town was cut off from the rest of the world for three days and there was some local flooding in Yamba but we personally stayed dry....well above the flood level.
Other areas to the north of us were badly affected....worst flooding in living memory.
