Default Just Trains Isle Of Wight CD ROM

Morning all, first post so please be gentle with me!

I bought TS2016 which has subsequently been updated through Steam and also got the Isle Of Wight & Class 66 official expansion pack CD-ROM, dated 2008, which initially would not install. However I downloaded a patch file which allowed me to add the route and all was well.

However, I recently suffered a hard drive crash which involved replacing the drive and while I have reistalled Train Simulator I cannot find the patch to enable me to install the expansion pack. i thought I had backed it up but typically I can't find it. Does anyone have a link or a copy of the file as I can't seem to find it on the Just Trains site?

    Thanks

It's not really the done thing to ask on here for copies of commercial software, even if the reason is genuine.

There will likely be a Steam sale towards the end of June, why not just wait and rebuy IOW in that - probably going for less than £10.

I have a few JT bits and pieces both on disc and via their Download store but it became a pain trying to keep them up to date especially the routes like Kyle or the big Western Region one. So I only buy their stuff when it goes on Steam, now.

I don't want copies of commercial software, I already own it, but it needs the patch to work with my current Train Simulator. You run the patch and then have to insert your CD-ROM to install the route.

I had the patch but lost it with the hard drive crash but I can't fnd it anywhere now. Would probably help if I knew the name of the file.

Sorry I misread. AFAIK all the patches are on the JT website, otherwise best course of action is to contact their customer service, I would have thought.

    Vern,

I followed your suggestion and contacted Just Trains support and they sent me a link to the file which was a Windows10SafeDiskFix.

    Thanks for your help.

No problem and sorry again for the slight misunderstanding earlier. IOW is a nice little route to have a quick drive, though I preferred it when the old VEC TIS units (ex LT Standard stock) was in use. Lovely bakelite smell, awesome traction sound and bounced nicely along the jointed track!
