You never know about these things. Unless you do an on-site inspection of every situation it's pretty hard to get a sense of what's going on. I think my demonstrates Trainz runs with the average, not so hot, not so cold. My setup is nothing special with no water cooling but it has a pretty good case with a fair amount of ventilation but not located in the best of places either.
