The Japanese themed Train Crew simulation now has conductor mode and has 20% off in the steam sale.
It has been getting frequent updates and is not bad even though the route is not that long at the moment.

I did buy it last night and had a quick look, it’s not too bad at all and impressive that there is a conductor mode already, something that is missing from TSW2 and is likely to be for some time.

Now that is a sim! Probably the best passenger sim I've seen to date. I don't have enough computers to do all the things I'd love to try while running a server, but if I had a free computer I'd probably give that a try as well.

The first video was pretty cool as it showed the day night and signal changes and many other things. The one with the conductor actually blew me away as I've never seen that simulated in anything that I recall.

I will probably buy it once the route is a bit longer or there is more than one. It’s a bit reminiscent of Train Drive 3 on the iPad.
