Just need some help with a problem.

Hey guys and girls i need help with something i realized back on 04/17/2022 i paid for eight trainsets from Tiger trains but only got seven of the eight trainsets i paid for. I have tried to email Ian from there customer service through there site but it doesn't seem like its being sent through when i try to submit it is there a way to talk to him here or a better way to go about emailing him about my problem any help is apprectiated thanks.

did you sign into your tiger trains account? It should show wat was ordered. If the train set ishows that it was ordered I believe you can down load if from the order page

Yes I have my PayPal shows eight sets ordered but only shows seven when I go to my downloads I checked by the order invoice ID number and there is definitely only seven sets that I have for that day I ordered the product.
