ok all this is just fine but the instructions for NAVS equipment tell's you to and I quote
Navigate to your main Open Rails content folder
    a. This folder will have subfolders with names like "TRAINS," "ROUTES," "GLOBAL," "SOUND," and so on.
My Open Rails is C: Program Files (x86) Open Rails content all that is in the folder is ETCS and Web. Now am I stoopid or what? What am I missing here? I just want to install NAVS stuff.

    Hi John,

As those folders are not there, this is not your content folder.

If you open OR, go to options : content
What is displayed on that screen is your content folder.
