Hi Fred,
This one is a combination of "Another Openrails SkyDome Texture #3" and a cloud layer that Scott dropped on Elvas Tower a few days ago.
The skydome is one of the ones that was removed by the creator because of possible copyright issues.
I added more transparency to the cloud layer by about half.
