    The second set are typically referred to as rock lights below the anticlimber. They each are mounted at an angle and shine in a V outward from the pilot.

    Judging by the name of that photographer, that location looks to be New Brighton, MN.

    Doug Hildebrandt I think goes by the name SD457500 on YT. I check out the MN Railfans Hideout group on Facebook sometimes and seen some awesome posts of his.
