Yo! Cajon Pass acting up again!

Well, after solving the other issues I was having, now at an average of 55-63 FPS (Older Computer - 6 years Win10) I am having this issue with the rails not appearing! Now, they appear a few milliseconds after the train gets there. I did not have this problem before (July-for instance) even on "heavy routes". I tried altering the options in OR, what may be the best settings for this route?
