route riter probs when try safe consist

i have route riter v 7.8 and also have 7.6 both are giving me same message when trey creat a small or large mixed consit it will let me make a unit consit most the time. here a pic of error message

I'll take a wild stab at this...... This might be that Java is not installed or installed in the wrong place. I recall there was some sort of trick to it.

A more direct and easier program for creating consists would be ConBuilder ... library file: cb249.zip
