    Good Morning everybody.

I have been Looking for a decent Golf Game for Windows 10 for quite a while, and have Downloaded the Chrysler World Tours which seems to be the best Pick available.

However, when trying to run the game, It starts with a small square with a picture of a Golf ball, then the Screen goes White and nothing else happens.

This Is a new Installation of Windows 10 and quite possibly I am missing some files required to run this game.

Otherwise, could somebody please recommend a good Golf Simulation/Game to Purchase or otherwise.

    Many thanks.

    Paul.

I have John Daly’s ProStroke Golf installed on both windows 7 and 10 and it works fine. Can't speak to how good it is, don't play it much, all golf games I've tried just don't compare to the swing experience in the real world...anyway, don't play the real thing anymore.

To your problem...sounds like you should try different compatibility settings...

Probably because I posted a facetious (but not abusive) reply about Greg Norman, Paul.
My post was probably jumped on by the police.

The game requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or greater and DirectX 6.1 or greater.

Only to suggest that you might try running it in compatibility mode for Win 7 or Win 2000, Paul.

    Hello again, thanks for reply.

Still no joy, apart from, after loading with first small Golf ball picture and clicking on It, It now loads to a second larger Golf ball picture and then sits there for ages doing nothing.

Strikes me that, The newer Windows Versions get, the harder It Is to play Old Game Favourites.

    Thanks.

I normally only check general, Run8, and TSW. Let me look at the descriptions of the forum

A forum for all hardware and software technical issues related to computers and not specific to any one simulator.

Is this a game or a simulator? They should add "and not anything to do with your personal life within the context of the topic, because that is what blogs are for"

Anyways hope they find the answer they're looking for. You shouldn't hijack a thread Scott. BTW is golf a real sport?

    Thanks

What? Hijack a thread? never, esp. RR forums, may derail from time to time in my thinking, but, never Hijack, this isn't ATS/ETS? No idea if Golf is PC Tech?, but then again, I grow ever so ever old & senile, a touch of the Altz may play a roll as well.
Yes Golf is a real sport. lol isn't it that general location along the southwest, you know "Golf-Coast". lol
