I have the same experience with Belanger Locomotive Works and with Gatean. He always answer quickly and clearly to my emails, even when I made a mistake in the purchase.

Evidently the second shape freight animation details are not loading. What does the OR log say? Did you rename any F/A shape files or edit the eng file and cut out the F/A call? Common sense stuff. MSTS 101 understanding.

So you have a engine with a missing FA it looks like. There is a easy solution to this to try. Take the FA from another unit, make all the necessary file name changes to reflect the unit(s) missing the FA and that should fix things. You'll probably have to decompress the FA shape to do some of the file name changes. EDIT: If the units DO HAVE their FA files, it could be the shape file is corrupted. (hey, it happens!) Again the fix is what I described above.

There should really be no need for decompressing the shapefiles. The freight animation reference is contained inside the .Eng or .Wag file.

It appears to me you have 3 choices:
1. Try to contact Ed by some other means than email. PM on this forum, snail mail or telephone.
2. Post an ORTS Log from a run using UP 7607, your ENG for UP 7507, and a screenshot of the files in the Trainset folder containing UP 7507.
3. Keep complaining about no response from Ed's Trains.

Thank you for a responsible answer. Unlike some others here who are just trolls. But I have Already decided that I was taken and that is the end of this thread so just delete or lock it I don't care. Run8 is the only sim worth really having so adios.
