Watched the first 40 minutes on the exercise bike this morning. Outstanding stuff. Shame about the ultra modern train, but hoping for a Deltic or even HST cab ride these days isn't going to happen!

Thanks for sharing. It brought back many memories of my time living in the NE of England in the mid to late 1970s.

Watched it this morning thanks Bruce, found it a bit boring. Hitachi plastic emu\demu. I had to laugh when it stopped at that new station, Renton was it or similar. There was one passenger getting on, we get more activity at Johnston station

Well, I'm sorry about that, Mike.
I'll email Don and ask him to pick up his game, shall I?

Now now, don't get your knickers in a twist, Bruce

Not Don's fault i am just not predisposed to the ECML or anything to do with the LNER (railway company not modern TOC).

I much prefer the WCML route into Scotland, buddy.

That looks very cool. If the United States doesn't open up for me this year I may be heading to Europe with Emmett for the 1st time out of North America.

    Thanks

Thanks for the updated video Bruce. I howled with laughter at the very start when the guard to driver buzzer sounded like a strangled duck, I had to pause the video as I spat coffee all over my monitor....... Must remember not to eat and drink whilst watching these YooToob vids.

    Cheerz. Steve.

Oh, I've done the coffee-spit before, Steve! Nothing to be ashamed of, mate.

lol Fine vid, though, that's not RRing. Now throw in Motormen operating via RC, &, chasing the train for the entire trip via auto. That would surely be modern RRing, along with an unforgettable trip for viewers such as myself, never haven stepped foot outside N. America.
