Arrow CSRX/Shawn's WoodChip Hoppers From NBSR-NVLW Recent Pack

Excuse the lateness please( I've got to do it this way, there's no way to PM him ), but are The AOK & 2 EMRY Woodchip Gondolas suppose to look like this?

That's how mine look as well. There are limited pictures online of these cars, but they look spot-on as compared to the pictures.

Yup, some of the woodchip gons looked cobbled/patched together....here's a shot of some SP Woodchip gons. The AOK gon does look especially weird...with the ladder in the center. I looked for some photos online ( not a deep search ) and could not find any.

I'm scratching my head as to how those files are like that for you.

This is how they SHOULD be looking, and how they DO look on my end.

Be sure you are using the MRL_WOODCHIP_35051_LD.s or MRL_WOODCHIP_35027_LD.s and their MT counterpart shape files, as those are the specific ones to be using.

DO NOT use the BN ones from the SLI_BNSF_FREIGHT folder, as those are NOT the correct models. This is my only guess as to why these ended up this way, as the ladder is on the opposite side with the BN unit, and the model is slightly different.

This is directly from the readme that I provided.

"You will need to copy the following files from the Trains/Trainset/Mullan Freight folder.
    MRL_WOODCHIP_35027_LD.s
    MRL_WOODCHIP_35027_MT.s"

This is exactly what the BN shape does, from the SLI_BNSF_FREIGHT folder.

This, is why I provided specific cars required for these shapes in the readme file of the folder.

Actually, I used TS WP 84's. Does It do the same thing & why it looks like that?

    Hi,
With respect, a readme is provided to ensure that anyone downloading reskins gets the same results as the author. If the instructions aren't followed EXACTLY, you're on your own as far as the resulting appearance goes.

    Cheers,

I don't recall if I have the Western Pacific chip gons, but if I had to take a wild guess on your end result, it's probably the same exact shape as the BN one.

Again, the MRL chip gon from the Mullan Pass is the shape required and needed, for these cars to properly work...

If the shape isn't available to you, then at least the freeware versions are available for your enjoyment.

It's ok. I'll just carefully use these/those till I can get The MRL's Mullan Packs.
