Monon-2 Route Missing Snow Textures

Hi guys so i have another problem with the monon route.
Notes: i have already installed xtracks, scaleroads, scalerails, newroads and all the terrtex files
I have installed patches 1.2 and 1.7 bin. and when i try to download snow.exe it keeps giving me "Run-time error '9': Subscript out of range"

Can you guys help me get rid of this white void and why do the tracks keep missing textures after I already installed Xtracks and Scalerails, or tell me what files i need to download to get the snow textures for the monon route.
