Default Been tinkering - layout and locomotive

I've posted these images over in the N3V Forums, but it might also interest some here who don't frequent the other site.

The Australian National Railways DL-class. Fifteen of the AN EMD-powered DL-class locomotives were constructed. These eventually passed into Pacific National ownership. Five survive.

The models, a pack of four, are Trainz DLC payware. The routes are The Rivercide Railroad and The Wattzing Matilda Railroad.

Love those AU EMDs... almost looks like a F45.

Phil, that's got to be the scungiest DL I've ever seen.

    Looks great Phil.

At the moment I have had to take a break from Trainz to rescue my TSC routes from the soon to close UKTS and rework them for the Steam Workshop. Believe me, a few days wrestling the TSC editor, RW Tools and some out and out XML file editing has me pining for the relatively straightforward processes in Surveyor.

The Australian content is the best in Trainz. Particularly all the payware loco's.

I might have to re-activate my membership, after seeing those DL's

    And the clean version.

    The layout is "Krashnburne".

DL47 looks good in her clean clothes, Phil, but I think DL43 suits the industrial line a lot better.

They were a handsome locomotive, in my opinion. In the AN green/yellow and with the yellow bogies....very striking.
