Not sure why but it works.

That's interesting. Wondering if the same is said with Windows 11. I'll give that a try and see what happens!

    Edit:
Tried again, still coming up with the same exact error message.

Followed the exact instructions on how to install Java, and Route Riter to a T. So I am completely stumped.

Installed both offline and offline (x64) Java versions too, added the additional TempFile and TempFile2 folders, as well as the Classes folder, copied everything from the TSutils folder into each classes folder, and still get the error 380.

As much as I'd like to use Route Riter again, it seems like it's absolutely not worth the time, effort, and frustration to get this damn thing installed on Windows 11.

    Silly question.
    Do you have MSTS installed?
RR's looking for it in the registry. That's what that error is.
I never could get it to work without it.

I have it installed under "D:\MSTS"

So yes, and no in a sense, if that makes much sense. It's not in it's "natural" install, but it is in fact, installed. I'm guessing I will need to fake the install on either C:\ or D:\ with whatever the original folder name is/was for MSTS?

Okay some information from my RR install on Windows10 --- RR loads and all functions work correctly.

Do Not have MSTS installed in any form whatsoever. I searched registry for entries and found none, I cannot remember for certain if I used Ged Slipperman's utility to install an MSTS registry entry.

    Using RR Ver7.6.26

    Install location >>> C:\ORTS\Utilities\Route_Riter

I have both jre7 & jre8 installed within the Route Riter Folder itself.

And also the standard install of Java here >>> C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_311

    See Screenshots for more info:
