I have new computer after my 5 year computer chrash 15 september 2022.
But i try install MSTS and OR again finger cross.

OPEN RAILS PROBLEM
resolution 1920 x 1080 SCREEN
Windows 11 Home 64
Can not change resolution

After looking at your video it appears you may be using Windows Custom Scaling. Since adjusting Custom Scaling require s a sign-out/sign-in I recommend you first close all apps. The open Windows Settings. System tap > Display > under Scale & Layout the first item is Scale. Should be 100% if not change to 100% or turnoff Custom Scaling.
