Is it from UCCIFEDVIPmkt (Highmark Inc) ? I got one today and turned it in for phishing. I still have the link on a PDF if legit.

It would be signed by me and sent from an email account that looks quasi-official yet sketchy.
I've already received a number of responses that have really helped zero in on the focus of the audit.
