My question is in order to uninstall MSTS do you have to uninstall all your other routes that require installment Bridge line ,Mactier, Cajon 4 etc,are they require to be uninstalled also? I have backup the routes prior to uninstalling MSTS.

I'd advise not uninstalling the routes folder. There's actually very little reason to uninstall msts. It does not occupy very much space in today's drive space capacities.
