I am currently creating a route in Microsoft Train Simulator and am looking for recommendations on how to accurately represent realistic train signaling systems. What are some tools or resources available that can assist me in achieving this goal, and what are some best practices for implementing train signaling in my route?

I've made quite a few US signal systems, including some in use on the Northeast Corridor. My systems are meant to work in Open Rails only, so if you're going for MSTS compatibility, I can give you some pointers, but my knowledge on some of the MSTS-specific tricks is a bit rusty
