    Or and MSTS everything sparky, I do not if there is a fix or not. mip map or ?

    If both programs display sparkling textures, then surely your video card settings need adjustment. But that can be more of an art than a science because we're all using different video cards, monitors, screen sizes and resolutions. Have you installed the newest video driver software? NVidia or AMD\ATI or Intel? Anisotropic filtering and antialiasing settings are the usual suspects, what need adjusting, tested with higher or lower filter settings and sampling rates.

    Nvidia gtx3060 12GB main video card and no I have not updated it lately. Are there some settings that are used per se?
    I fixed this problem in windows 7, and now have win 10 pro 64
